At Cooqi, we take our challenge seriously to provide you with uncompromisingly delicious treats that are also good for you. All our cookies, muffins, breads and cakes are made with whole grain flours and natural and organic ingredients in our dedicated gluten-free bakery. Our products contain no refined sugars, no trans fats, no preservatives, no added peanuts, and of course, no wheat or gluten.
Everything is baked fresh on the premises – just like the wheat bakery treats you miss. In fact, we've taken everything that's great about a neighborhood bakery and made it even better by creating indulgence for your spirit that doesn't hurt your body.

Judy Malmon
is the brains behind the brownies at Cooqi. A recovering lawyer, Judy became interested in the gluten-free life when her daughter started having allergic reactions to - guess what? - that's right, goofy gluten and that dastardly dairy!
Since her daughter's diagnosis,
Judy has noticed that she, her partner Perry and her son are also gluten-sensitive. She is intimately familiar with the "maybe I'm allergic to everything but this banana walnut muffin right here" cycle of denial and payback that many go through. Having scoured the aisles of health food shops and tasted almost every gluten-free product under the sun, she became convinced that part of what makes going gluten-free so painful is the lack of an inspiring alternative. She's been baking ever since.

may never be exactly the same as their flour-filled friends. But Judy's mission is to mix, stir, fluff, knead and bake her way to something just as tasty, if not more so! We hope you enjoy the results.
