And what does Cooqi mean, anyway?

The name Cooqi is a new twist on an old favorite. It reminds us that what you like about the old can also be improved on in a whole new way. "qi" is a spelling of the word "chi" which in Chinese is our life force. At Cooqi we think we have the best ingredients around for people who take their chi, their health, their taste buds and their tummies seriously!

Whole grains

Baking with whole grain flours delivers the maximum available vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber and slows the uptake of sugar. It's a quantum leap from bleached and processed white flour.

Gluten-free

Even if you're fortunate enough to not have a sensitivity to wheat or gluten, it's smart to vary your flours and grains. This helps prevent sensitivities from developing, and gives you a wider variety of nutrients.

Peanut-free

It's just not fair for kids (and grown-up kids) with peanut allergies to be shut out of the bakery experience! So we use absolutely no peanuts or peanut products in our foods. HOWEVER, we cannot vouch for the absolute purity of ingredients that are produced elsewhere with equipment that may process peanuts. Also, please note that we do make products containing tree nuts.
