Not everyone has the time to bake or the opportunity to shop at Cooqi everyday. We get that. That's why we put our fabulous cookie dough (pre-scooped into mini-cookies for your convenience) in a container for you to take home, store in your freezer, and throw in the oven when the spirit moves. They're great for baking with kids, taking to potlucks, feeding midnight cravings, or showing off your baking skills!
Muffins
All Cooqi muffins are made from the finest ingredients, and are designed to pack a nutritional punch-to help get your day started or get you through that mid-morning energy dip. We use our special whole-grain muffin flour blend, freshly-ground flaxseed to feed your brain, rice bran for added fiber, agave nectar to keep the glycemic index (that's sugar content to me and you) low, and an assortment of nutritious fruits, vegetables, and/or nuts. We like to mix up the flavors to keep things interesting:
Flavors include Banana Walnut, Honey Cornmeal, Carrot Raisin, Lemon Blueberry, Pumpkin Currant, Orange Cranberry, Carrot Spice, Applesauce Cinnamon, Lemon Poppyseed and others!

Welcome back to bread!! Our gluten-free breads are all made with our signature whole grain flours and mixed with alchemical magic to produce delicious breads that aren't gritty or heavy. You can enjoy sandwiches, toast, and pizza again!

Our classic kid-friendly sandwich bread. Slightly sweet, light and moist, this bread is way better for you than any mere white bread. - Honey Molasses Bread
Reminiscent of a honey-whole wheat loaf ("brown bread"), this is great toasted, and makes an awesome roast beef sandwich. - 'The Works' Bread
Multigrain goodness in gluten-free form. Think brown rice, millet, quinoa, sorghum, flax, and pumpkin, sunflower and poppy seeds-it's all in there! - Multigrain Bread

The French favorite, gluten-free. Ours is crusty and full-bodied, with a slightly nutty taste (that's the millet). A peak experience when served warm with brie and red wine. - Focaccia
Round, flat loaves topped with olive oil, rosemary, garlic, and sea salt. Delicious by itself (try it dipped in olive oil), or endlessly useful for bruschetta, thick-crust pizza, or wedge-shaped panini sandwiches. - Pizza Crust
At last! Pizza crust so good you don't have to make pizza out of it to enjoy it! Even wheat-eaters love pizzas with our crust. Pre-baked and frozen for your convenience.
*A note about our oats:
We are familiar with the controversy surrounding the inclusion of oats in a gluten-free diet. It is our understanding that while oats themselves do not contain gluten, the vast majority of oats in production become contaminated due to processing, shipping, and storage with wheat. In addition, modern strains of oats are commonly derived from genetically modified lines.
Although there is insufficient research in this area to conclusively determine whether any oats are truly 'safe' for celiacs, we are persuaded that McCann's Irish oats present the least tainted option. Anecdotally, sensitive celiacs on our staff did not have reactions after eating these cookies. We have chosen to make some oat products, that are otherwise entirely gluten-free, available to our customers. Please be advised that individual reactions may vary, and choose accordingly.
