Do you use whole grains in your flours (for instance, the rice flour)?
Answer:
Yes, we pride ourselves on the fact that all our flours and baked goods are made from organic, fresh-milled whole grains (brown rice, sorghum, and millet), and some items also have quinoa, teff, buckwheat, rice bran, GF oats, flax, and/or other fabulous real things. Sadly, you will not find this feature in very many gluten-free products.

Gluten free! Yes... but I am also egg allergic. What things could I be able to order at the bakery? Or can you make them egg free as well?
Answer:
Eggs are typically a pretty hard thing to do without in gluten-free baking--we rely on them quite significantly to do some of the heavy lifting that gluten would ordinarily be covering.
However, that said, we do have a few egg-free offerings. Our Pizza Crust, Baguettes, Focaccia, and Sourdough Bread are all made without any eggs. In addition, we offer vegan pumpkin chocolate chip bars to satisfy the GF egg-free sweet tooth. Every one of these things is completely delicious, we do not believe in sacrifice.
